As our Homecare RN Clinical Manager, you will:
Lead with Excellence: Oversee the Hospice program in Middlesex County, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of patient care to uphold the highest standards of operational excellence.
Drive Patient Care: Manage a caseload of hospice patients, offering direct care and support, and making a tangible difference in their lives.
Expand Community Reach: Conduct outreach activities to improve community access to hospice care and enhance awareness of our services.
Ensure Quality: Monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of services, striving for exceptional patient satisfaction.
Foster Collaboration: Build positive relationships with co-workers and foster a collaborative work environment, all while striving for excellence in every aspect of your role.

What We're Looking For:
Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license and relevant certifications.

Skills: Excellent clinical abilities, knowledge of homecare and hospice practices, and regulatory requirements. Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining high care standards.
