Position Details:

Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in New Brunswick, NJ is currently looking for a Pharma Procurement Analyst to join their expanding team.

Job Title: Pharma Procurement Analyst / Master Data Management / REMOTE WORK

Duration: 4+ months contract, extendable up to 24 months

Location: Remote Worker

Job Description:

Compliance Administrative Support

Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Data Accuracy Management:

Conduct regular checks for data completeness across various systems.

Identify and rectify discrepancies to maintain data integrity.

User Support:

Address and resolve data-related queries from users via the support mailbox to ensure smooth data entry.

System Documentation:

Create and maintain detailed documentation on data processes, standards, best practices, and guidelines.

Master Data Processing:

Manage master data requests, ensuring changes are documented, authorized, and implemented promptly.

Competitor Data Mapping:

Research and categorize competitor data for incorporation into reports.

Collaborate with sectors to enrich historical master data.

User Access Management:

Grant access and maintain licenses for digital reporting tools.

Data Entry Support:

Assist with data entry to ensure completeness and fulfill ad-hoc needs.

Compliance Project Assistance:

Help with manual tasks like merging data, collecting information from non-database sources, and writing communications.

Solution Development:

Propose and discuss solutions for complex issues with supervisors, especially those affecting multiple processes.

Technical Issue Identification:

Recognize technical issues in the production environment and escalate them for resolution.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience:

Minimum of 2+ years in a relevant role.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Proficiency in data management tools and software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
