Job description

Acts as a key liaison between PGIMs institutional clients and various teams (Client Advisory Group in Japan and Hong Kong, Portfolio Management, Credit Research, Operation, Compliance, Legal, etc.), ensuring overall clients satisfaction by monitoring all clients deliverables are being met and helping clients meet their financial objectives. Facilitates periodic and ad hoc portfolio reviews for our clients with portfolio managers. Consults and evaluates various clients issues, such as currency hedges, accounting matters, and investment strategies, and ultimately provides sound solutions. Develops and maintains relationships with different types of institutional clients (e.g., Central Banks, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Foreign Banks, Pension Funds, and Asset Management Companies) to actively listen to understand clients needs and speak about complex financial matters in a comprehensive fashion. Coordinates with various teams to execute projects, including but not limited to client training programs, clients due diligence/portfolio review meetings, investment guideline amendments, transfer of kind of assets, credit commentaries, request-for-proposal, new clients onboarding, investment and risk management strategy discussion, and facilitation of international projects. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week. Full time employment, Monday Friday, 40 hours per week. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Art, Science, Business Administration, or a related field, and 3 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in investment management or financial services environments. Alternatively, employer will accept a Masters Degree in Art, Science, Business Administration, or a related field, and 1 year of experience in investment management or financial services environments. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Onboarding new clients, amending existing accounts, and closing accounts; Creating and understanding customer information and legal documentation utilizing Sales Force and Blackrock Solutions; Managing legal documentation updates and other amendments: investment management agreement, prospectus, and sub advisory agreement; Providing an audit response to public accountants, including confirmation of the positions, trades, and payments; Executing ad-hoc and special projects, including on-site investment training and change in investment guidelines; and Working with various investment vehicles such as Cayman Unit Trust, Qualifying Investor Fund, An Undertaking for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities, and Japanese Investment. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week. .
