The Learning Project Manager is an innovative, collaborative team member on the Tech and Data Learning Team and will contribute in our goals to create a talent pool of ready-now leaders by driving employee engagement and helping to deliver curricula that supports our transformation and career mobility. The ideal candidate is agile and intellectually curious, able to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities while effectively navigating ambiguity and driving business outcomes with a learner centric mindset. The individual must possess a passion about learning and enhancing learner engagement. Additionally, the ability to build outstanding and constructive working relationships with key stakeholders and foster an inclusive environment will be critical.

This engagement will support our transformation learning programs, as well as assist on team-specific projects that help drive engagement and adoption of our learning strategy. This role will project manage key learning initiatives and programs partnering with internal stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). The Project Manager is responsible for conception, organization, promoting and implementing effective programmatic initiatives. This consultant has both analytical know-how and insight into human behavior.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Determines project tasks and milestones in collaboration with the Director, Technical Learning and external vendors.

Project management of high-profile technical learning programs in partnership with technical vendors and internal business partners and SMEs.

Serves as the conduit and coordinator of all project tasks and milestones ensuring timely completion.

Manages success metrics and analytics.

Periodically presents status to key stakeholders and leaders.

This job involves both short- and long-term programs.

Experience and Qualifications:

MUST have experience serving as a project manager on large scale technical program or system deployment working with external vendors.

Project or Event Management Certification a plus.

Familiar with instructional or learning technology.

Experience working with multiple external vendors and tools.

Ability to plan, undertake and finish activities to achieve high quality results within set deadlines.

Strong data analysis capabilities with ability to review and analyze learning data and derive insights.

Excellent organizational, coordination and project management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: can articulate thoughts and ideas (technical and non-technical) clearly, concisely, and persuasively in a self-directed manner.

Expert level PowerPoint and Excel skills - Tableau or Power BI expertise preferred.

Self-motivated with an ability to learn quickly and autonomously.

Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, adhere to project plans, and adapt to shift direction frequently.
