Job Title: LATAM Supply Chain Project Manager Officer (Contract - Only)

Location of CW: Anywhere in the US or Brazil.

Hours Per Week: 20-30 hours.

Typical Work Schedule: 8:00AM 5:00PM EST (Hours may vary)

Additional Comp Aspects: Approved travel expenses allowed.

Target Start Date: ASAP

Target End Date: TBD Based on SD.

Duration of Contract: 6 Months

Travel: Potential travel to Brazil travel will be minimal, maybe one trip during the 6-month contract duration, if needed. If the travel need does arise, it will most likely be one trip during the 6-month contract period. The trip would be only for a few days, no more than one week.

Travel Expenses: Travel expenses will be permitted. Expenses will need to be submitted through YohConnex and will need to be approved by the manager. Once the expense is approved, payment will be issues. (Essentially, all approved travel expenses will be reimbursement style.)

Interview Process: 2 Team Interviews (First interview is with HM's direct report (Sr Manager Supply Chain LA) and HR_Generalist/HRBP, second interview is with HM's direct report, Director, Global Supply Chain, PMO and HM, Director, Region Supply Chain. Candidate MUST be on camera, prepared, early to interview and ready to go!

Language Requirement: Must speak English AND be fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese. (No exceptions) -

This resource will be responsible to:

-Develop cross-functional cut over plan, including TWP execution, planning readiness, relabeling activities, 3PL and Transportation readiness.

-Develop project management structures and reporting elements.

-Work with the Global SC Project Management Officer to ensure regional plan/initiatives are in line with Global separation strategy and requirements.

-Manage indirect cross-functional teams supply chain connections (e.g., QA, RA, Procurement, Legal) involved in the separation program.

Requirements:

-CW will need to have a strong background in Supply Chain, since they will be assisting in the SAP implementation.

Key strategic Responsibilities required to complete:

1 Manage S4Hana implementation for SC across LATAM region.

2 Critical deliverables and execution to support business readiness for go-live (3PL, transportation network, Order Management, planning)

Summary:

The specific responsibility will be to manage the separation with Client for LATAM region for Supply Chain. Ensure a smooth separation by developing a cross-functional cut over plan, including TWP execution, planning readiness, relabeling activities, 3PL and Transportation readiness. Develop project management structures and reporting elements to track and ensure project is progressing as expected. Manage indirect cross-functional teams (e.g., QA, RA, Procurement, Legal) involved in the separation program. Works with the Global SC Project Management Officer to ensure regional plan/initiatives are in line with Global separation strategy and requirements.
