Job Summary:

The Account Management Operations Representative plays a critical role in supporting the onboarding and maintenance of brokerage accounts. This position involves collaborating closely with branch offices to ensure a seamless experience for clients while managing associated risks. You will be responsible for reviewing documentation, activating account traits, and providing support for escalated cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to internal phone calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to brokerage accounts.

Manage and work on cases in SRP and ASAP systems to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Make informed decisions on cases, prioritizing the needs of clients and branch offices while effectively managing risk.

Collaborate with team members to enhance operational processes and improve service delivery.

Required Skills:
