Job Number: R Military Operations Business Development and Client Delivery, Senior Manager
Key Role: Drive and grow the Army's business while leveraging expertise and key client relationships to assist with business development and market growth across the Army. Assist with large-scale capture and solutioning efforts with teammates, vendors, and internal partners. Translate comprehension of current and future strategic, operational, and tactical challenges facing diverse Army systems to business development initiatives. Provide leadership to solve problems and enable the ability to architect future te chn ological solutions to create products and services to increase opportunities at the right time and in the right places. Assist with building and representing a diverse team in creating, designing, and implementing agreements and arrangements, including mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to budget , schedule, and performance standards. Inspire, motivate, and develop a high-energy team to excel through transition and change. This position is located in Picatinny, NJ. Basic Qualifications: 10 + years of experience with leadership, including leading cross-functional teams in at least one area of acquisition, engineering, analytics, and consulting
8+ years of experience individually leading teams in capture and proposal management activities
Experience with DoD munitions and weapon s portfolio and business model
Experience maintaining relationships with key decision makers and leaders from the DoD community Experience managing capture and execution of business pipelines
Experience with program management of active contracts and opportunities
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Additional Qualifications: Experience maintaining relationships with key decision makers and leaders from the Army munitions and weapon s community such as DEVCOM Armaments Center or JPEO Armaments and Ammunition, and its subordinate Project Offices
Experience with Army munitions and weapon s portfolio and business model
Secret clearance Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or Mathematics

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
