About ProBio

ProBio proactively provides end-to-end CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies, professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy (CGT), vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers. ProBio's total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing. In terms of plasmid service, ProBio supports the most clinical approvals for CGT drugs including mRNA vaccines, CAR-T in China. It is also the first GMP manufacturing platform to provide in vitro transcription (IVT) template linearized plasmids for mRNA vaccines and has supported several mRNA vaccine global enterprises to obtain clinical approvals. In terms of viral vector service, \ProBio has a stable and high-yield viral vector platform.

Genscript is seeking a Recruiter to join our team for a 6 month contract. This role will help to support the recruitment of various openings for our ProBio Business.

Position Overview:

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities to ensure successful Talent Acquisition from a technical and cultural perspective for open positions
• Select qualified job applicants and make hiring recommendations when appropriate
• Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
• Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms
• Provide as needed support for continuous improvement projects, onboarding of employees and implementation of new HR services
• Responsible for other duties as assigned

Please note that this position is based onsite in Piscataway, NJ. Occasional travel to our Pennington, NJ office will be required.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Master's degree is a plus
• Experience in Human Resources in a fast-paced environment
• Headhunter or recruiting experience in life science industry is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience driving process standardization and improvement efforts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
