  • 5+ years in a business role.

Job Description:

  • As a program support manager in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) organization, you will work closely with the CSR Social Innovation Senior Director in the delivery of programmatic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a background in a business management role, with experience in both strategy development and operational execution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Social Innovation Senior Director with strategic program deliverables.
  • Perform secondary (desktop) research on a variety of relevant topics - gather and synthesize data from sources like published reports, articles, studies, and websites.
  • Coordinate across the CSR Social Innovation managers for team deliverables. This may include creating templates, consolidating inputs, and ensuring an accurate and polished final product.
  • Plan and schedule program meetings, agendas, and content. Publish post-meeting notes documenting key decisions and action items. Follow up on action items as appropriate.
  • Create visually compelling content for use in executive-level meetings that communicates complicated information in an engaging way.
  • Support the CSR Social Innovation Senior Director with preparation for speaking engagements and conference appearances.
  • Develop the agenda and content for CSR Social Innovation team meetings, including quarterly in-person scorecard meetings.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business-related subject.
  • 5+ years in a business role.
  • Strategic thinker who can analyze data to make appropriate business recommendations and help shape program strategy.
  • Expertise in using PowerPoint or Google Slides to create strategic presentation materials in a visually compelling way.
  • Experience in gathering and synthesizing online information on a designated topic.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form.
  • Ability to work effectively under time pressure and independently in an environment with frequenting changing business needs.

Desired Skills:

  • 2+ years in a chief of staff or similar executive-level support role.

  • The ideal candidate will have: Must Have: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Social Innovation, Expertise in using PowerPoint or Google Slides to create strategic presentation materials in a visually compelling way. Bachelor's Degree in business-related subject.
  • 5+ years in a business role.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range : Between $60 - $65 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
