Job description

Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Provide month-end closeout for each company

Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Oversee the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.

Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and goals.

Manage and comply with local, state and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings

Obtain competitive rates and manage insurance policies

Involvement with Payroll Management

Oversees item costing spreadsheet and helps to develop costs for new items

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.

years of experience in accounting or finance, with 10 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
