Plan, develop, execute & manage activities related to end-to-end delivery management, including solution review, estimates validation, project planning and execution - from scoping & requirement validation through application development, delivery & integration support. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables and highlight any risks, dependencies or issues impacting the successful delivery of the project. Apply knowledge of front-end frameworks, methodologies, processes and tools related to JavaScript to support a client solution.

Key Responsibilities

Ability to understand business requirements, validate feasibility and translate them into technical requirements.

Create and maintain technical architecture for Frontend applications using any JavaScript library/framework by doing requirements reviews and architectural proof of concepts.

Define best-practices and ensure team to follow them for developing better maintainable, modular, reusable and repeatable code.

Drive quality excellence and ensure application works well across browsers and devices.

Demonstrate thought leadership & innovation around frontend solutions by exploring & integrating new frameworks, productivity tools, automation tools, etc.

Manage & Lead Front-End Development team of size 5-10

Define and maintain team operating standards like issue tracking, time reporting, etc.

Drive team engagement & enablement by encouraging & driving community activities within your team.

Technical Experience

8+ years of experience in the field of Web Application Development and expertise with component driven architectures.

4+ years of proven experience in Frontend application development using JavaScript and its core principles.

Proficient understanding of any one of the JavaScript library/frameworks like React JS, Vue JS and Angular.

Proficient understanding of JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

Experience with newer specifications of ECMAScript & Typescript

Experience with RESTful APIs

Good knowledge on Core web fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.

Good Knowledge of RWD frameworks like Bootstrap and Material UI

Good Knowledge of CSS preprocessors like Sass or LESS

Experience with popular Adobe Experience Manager Workflows.

Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and Polyfills.

Working knowledge of mocking frameworks, automated build & unit testing.

Experience with a testing framework (Jest/Mocha)

Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, Grunt, Gulp, NPM, etc.

Good understanding of package managers and able to resolve dependencies.

Experience in distributed code repositories such as Git.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal along with problem-solving skills
