Job description

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company in Princeton, NJ, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their team! The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting or other communications-based roles, and a preferred understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

About You:

  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in recruitment or other communications-based roles - internships count!
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, ensuring alignment with job specifications and company culture.
  • Comfortable managing confidential information and maintaining a high level of discretion throughout the recruitment process.

About the Job:

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling, preparing interview materials, and gathering feedback from interviewers.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS, ensuring compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
  • Assist with recruitment marketing efforts and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
