Overview:
Konica Minolta is looking for an experienced and skilled Sr. Accountant to join our team in Ramsey, NJ on a full time basis! This individual will be part of a group responsible for the complete and accurate Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Closings, preparing account reconciliations and more!

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Balance Sheet Account reconciliations

• Accounting for Capital Leases Reporting

• Assist with Monthly, Quarterly and Year-end closings

• Assist with Semi-Annual and Year-end Audits

• Ability to work independently under tight reporting deadlines and/or in a team environment

• Research and analyze past and current reconciling items

• Special projects

Qualifications:
• BS/BA degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and work experience

• 5+ years of related work experience

• Excellent verbal/written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access

• Proficient using computer-based accounting, and research systems

• Knowledge of Solomon and SAP, a plus
