Job Summary:
SHI Accounting Specialist -Services is part of the Accounting department. The focus of the job is on managing SHI's relationship with the company's vendors, ensuring timely payments, and many other miscellaneous duties involved in service project billing.

Our Accounting Specialist - Services reports to Director of Finance - Services and will be required to report to the SHI Somerset NJ office location as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities:
Include, but are not limited to:

Processing service project billings-including auditing customer statements of work to ensure accurate customer billing, processing partner invoices, and issuing ad hoc credits.

Responding to all queries regarding vendor issues and payment updates on service invoices.

Making sure that the vendors receive payments within terms.

Reconciling vendor statements

Running monthly reporting

Support ITAM Team invoicing and rebate processing

Managing Referral invoicing and commission requests

Responding to general inquiries in the team box.

Multitasking while handling a fairly heavy workload, and be very organized in order to meet all the deadlines

Qualifications:
Completed Bachelor's degree accompanied by previous job related experience minimally required

Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft office tools

Required Skills:

Ability to learn fast and absorb

Ability to collaborate with team members

Ability to prioritize multitask and prioritize tasks

Additional Information:
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $44,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
