Top Workplaces CRN MSP 500 CRN Solution Provider 500 Boston Business Journal's List of Area's Largest Private Owned, Women Owned and Family-Owned Companies Responsibilities: Reports to local office Regional Sales Manager for the SNI division Marketing projects: Technology Days Coordination Trade Show Coordination Customer Event Attendance Coordination Working with Marketing Department on updating and modifying contact information Client database entry and maintenance for local Systems and Network office including setting up customer account numbers, contacts, mailing address, etc. Working with company personnel at all levels to prepare reports Utilize a personal computer or word processor while planning and laying out reports and statistical tables Works with standard spreadsheet, data base and word processing software packages Participate in training programs as required by the Manager to develop and maintain basic industry product knowledge and obtain certifications. SAP Develop and implement office SAP training programs - trains inside sales reps at branch. Develop and document SAP projects Aid MIS in implementing and debugging new SAP corporate processes Order entry Processes all orders for branch office Oversees all purchase orders and account information for said branch Provide remote branch back up for sales administration Backlog processing Sales quotations: Reviews and notifies sales person if there are errors in the quote, and works with sales rep to fix errors. Customer inquiries - directs customer inquires to appropriate individuals and answers general questions. Provide coverage of secretarial and administrative support to top management when needed. Qualifications: Education: High school degree Experience: 3-5 years of experience Skills: Good communication skills required Training: Various SAP programs, Microsoft office products (Excel, Word ) product
