Overview:
As our go-to Maintenance Clerk at our newest Distribution Center, you'll be the heartbeat of our maintenance team! If you're someone who loves keeping things organized and thrives on a good challenge, this role is for you. From tracking inventory and managing data to connecting with vendors, your work will help ensure that our Distribution Center runs like a well-oiled machine. Step in, make a difference, and be part of a team that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes!

This position reports to our Maintenance Area Manager and is onsite Monday-Thursday, 5:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at our Swedesboro, NJ Distribution Center.

A Day in the Life:

Organize and maintain accurate purchasing records, including logs and inventory databases.

Process purchase orders and manage expenses within department budget constraints.

Track and manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained by reordering as needed.

Coordinate with vendors for ordering repairs and equipment servicing.

Provide administrative support to the team, including invoice processing and data entry.

Serve as a key point of contact within the maintenance department for cross-departmental requests and inquiries.

You'll Come With:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in maintenance, logistics, or a related field is a plus.

Experience in a clerical, administrative, or maintenance support role, preferably within a warehouse or distribution setting.

Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Basic Excel skills required; familiarity with entering data, sorting, and simple formatting is a plus.

Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software is preferred.

Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with team members, vendors, and other departments.

Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
