Job description

Persons employed as a Transportation Coordinator is expected to:

• Assure safe, convenient, and courteous transportation to and from the airport for all customers.
• Responsible for greeting customers as they arrive at our facility.
• Assist crew and passengers with luggage, transport, and special requests.
• Drive and secure customer vehicles as needed during valet parking.

To qualify for this position, applicants and those in the roles must have:

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Ability to pass background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), drug tests, receive and maintain issuance of an airport security badge, and be insurable by the company's insurance policies.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to drive standard and automatic vehicles.
• Must maintain a valid state driver's license.
• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs.
• Physically able to stand or walk for long periods of time.

• Observes all safety, environmental and general housekeeping rules and policies.
• Clearly communicate in English with others in person, via telephone, radio communicators, and in writing for purposes of performing certain job duties and safety.
