Job description

The Customer Service Manager supports the District Manager by overseeing regional operations, customer relationships, and ensuring high standards in service, training, and billing. Additionally, the CSM manages safety compliance, process improvements, and helps locations meet sales and operational targets.

Description

  • Support the District Manager in managing activities within the region.
  • Assist in acquiring and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Ensure high standards in cleanliness, merchandise presentation, staff training, and customer service.
  • Schedule service jobs for Field Service Technicians to meet KPIs like service efficiency and technician utilization.
  • Ensure timely billing and upload invoices to customer systems.
  • Help regional-based locations achieve sales, financial targets, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee safety audits, employee training, and compliance with OSHA and D.O.T. regulations.
  • Promote excellent customer service and implement process improvements focused on safety, financial performance, and operations.

Profile

  • Customer service experience
  • People management
  • Associate degree
  • Technical, industrial or mechanical manufacturing experience
  • Written and spoken language proficiency
  • Excel experience
