We are seeking a curious and creative Electrical Engineering Technician to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Assemble, install and configure electronic components, systems and prototypes based on engineering designs and specifications

Conduct tests, measurements, and experiments on electronic systems and components

Identify issues, anomalies, or performance inconsistencies

Collaborate with engineers, technical support teams and field technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Develop test plans and design fixtures/apparatus to test prototypes and production first-off samples for overall safety, quality, functionality and reliability

Create troubleshooting guides, work instructions and electrical schematics for manufacturing and field services teams

Requirements

Who YOU Are

Analytical with strong problem solving skills

Physically able to meet the requirements of the job including working in confined spaces, lifting heavy equipment

Unfazed by working at elevated heights

Enjoy using critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Driven by teamwork, with good interpersonal skills

Qualifications

Experience working with multimeters, oscilloscopes and thermocouples

Experience with PCB layouts, hardware/software debugging

Experience with CAD/CAM software

Degree in electrical engineering, electronics or related field
