Job description
Qualifications:
•3 years of experience in commercial pool construction and site management, with a proven track record of successful project completion
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders
•Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications
•Solid understanding of construction techniques, materials, and methods related to pool construction
•Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry
•Willingness to travel extensively and work in various locations as required
•Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Responsibilities:
•We are currently seeking a dedicated Traveling Foreman to join our clients team and provide site leadership on our commercial pool construction projects
•Job Description: As a Traveling Foreman, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of commercial pool construction projects at various locations across the country
•Providing on-site leadership and direction to construction crews and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
•Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications to effectively plan and execute construction activities
•Managing day-to-day operations on the job site, including scheduling, material procurement, equipment maintenance, and quality control
•Enforcing compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel
•Conducting regular inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets established standards and client requirements
•Communicating effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and resolve issues as they arise
•Maintaining accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, time sheets, and job site documentation
•Training and mentoring construction crew members to promote skill development and teamwork
