Our client a leading asset management firm has a unique opportunity available for an experienced

Senior Manager, Finance Management Information Systems

Primary Responsibilities:

This position reports to the Head of FP&A and will serve as a senior leader within the global financial planning & analysis organization with a focus on how technology and data can further enhance finance serving as a key, strategic business partner

Develop a cohesive and integrated data & applications ecosystem for finance

Assess, develop and translate functional requirements into data and systems development

Serve as a primary point of contact between both firm-wide finance and technology functions

Develop an information & technology architecture that focuses on straight-through-processing, enhanced internal & regulatory controls, automation efficiencies and data governance & democratization

Lead the project management lifecycle for all firm-wide Finance technology initiatives

Play a lead role on behalf of finance participating in the application, vendor and all inter-related procurement processes related to finance technology

Grow an existing team of finance technology professionals to support incremental investments within finance's multi-year technology roadmap

Qualifications:

MBA or Master's degree with concentrations in Finance and/or Management Information Systems/Information Systems/Information Technology

Minimum 12 years of relevant experience preferred

Direct experience within the wealth management industry preferred, but not required

Consulting and/or Financial Planning & Analysis experience preferred, but not required

Proficient in financial software systems and MS Excel

Knowledge and experience of Oracle ERP, OneStream CPM, application implementations & enhancements and project management

Ability to manage multiple priorities, build & lead teams, highly motivated, attentive to details and drive responsibilities to follow-through and completion

Effective analytical, communicational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
