Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Executive Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive-level recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting top executive talent for our clients, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand organizational goals, culture, and executive hiring needs.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals) to identify potential executive candidates.
- Talent Pipelining: Develop and maintain a pipeline of top-tier executive candidates, both active and passive.
- Candidate Engagement: Conduct outreach, preliminary screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and leadership potential.
- Interview Management: Coordinate and conduct interviews, provide candidate feedback, and manage the interview process from start to finish.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to hiring managers and leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and market trends.
- Offer Negotiation: Manage the offer process, including compensation discussions, offer presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Market Research: Stay current on industry trends, talent availability, and competitive compensation packages to provide clients with strategic insights.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidates, progress, and feedback within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Branding and Outreach: Enhance employer branding by promoting company culture and values during the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in executive recruiting, preferably in a remote environment.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and executive search best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and executive compensation structures.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in executive search firms or high-growth industries (e.g., tech, finance, healthcare).
- Established network of executive-level professionals.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
