Job description

Summary:

Agile Group is seeking a versatile and proactive Federal Contracts Analyst to support a broad array of projects involving federal contracts, compliance, and cybersecurity. This fully remote position will play a key role in managing and overseeing activities related to federal contracts, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and advancing projects like the CMMC certification. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical professional eager to tackle multiple projects and provide strategic support in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities: Project Coordination and Compliance Support
  • Coordinate across proposal development, compliance, financial analysis, and cybersecurity projects.
  • Identify risks and implement measures to ensure compliance with federal regulations, cybersecurity standards, and financial guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, providing updates and addressing questions on proposals, budgets, compliance, and project objectives.
  • Support strategic planning sessions to align financial, compliance, and project objectives with organizational goals.
Proposal Development and Financial Analysis
  • Assist in preparing and organizing proposals, ensuring adherence to Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements.
  • Compile and analyze data for proposal content, including technical, management, and budget information.
  • Develop financial models and create cost estimates, monitoring budgets to track project health and performance.
  • Present financial findings and insights to project managers and senior leadership, helping guide decisions and resource allocation.
Compliance and Cybersecurity (CMMC) Initiatives
  • Support the organization's progression toward CMMC Level 3 certification, ensuring all relevant policies and procedures are in place.
  • Conduct internal audits, gap analyses, and staff training to uphold cybersecurity and compliance standards.
  • Manage documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to cybersecurity requirements.
  • Monitor cybersecurity and federal compliance regulations, making necessary adjustments to maintain standards.
Facility Clearance Level (FCL) Support
  • Assist in managing Facility Clearance Level (FCL) requirements, ensuring the organization meets federal security standards.
  • Support FCL documentation efforts and communicate with federal agencies to maintain compliance.
  • Provide training to staff on FCL protocols and monitor adherence to ensure ongoing compliance.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling.
  • Familiarity with federal contracting regulations, cybersecurity compliance (CMMC Level 3), and FCL requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools, strong organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication abilities for effective cross-functional collaboration.

Compensation details: 35-38 Hourly Wage
