Job description

The Lead Janitor will be responsible for accomplishment of daily, weekly, monthly, semi-monthly and annual cleaning & sanitation tasks in their dedicated facility. This position will assist other Custodians and provide directions to staff in the absence of the Program Manager, order supplies, and will assisting in inspecting work. Primary Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions): Ensure completion of daily custodial tasks as listed on checklists.
Work alongside custodial team as a working supervisor.
Order supplies according to Project Manager's directions.
Ensure employees comply with all safety requirements.
Ensure employees maintain their required training.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 5 years of custodial experience, 2 of which must be in a supervisory capacity.
Must be able to climb stairs, ladders and lift up to 50 lbs. individually.
Must be able to stoop, bend and reach to access tight areas.
Must have basic computer skills to access time sheets and complete required training.
Active Security Clearance
Pursuant to government contract, U.S. Citizenship required.
