Role Summary Raytheon Operations Team in Farmington, New Mexico is seeking a Factory Manager for the Dine' facility, with experience and drive to deliver quality products on time; at or below cost while maintaining a safe and secure environment. What You Will Do: The Dine' Factory Manager position is responsible for all manufacturing related activities within the Factory as part of the Systems Integration Center, (SIC). The successful candidate will report to the SIC Operations Director and be part of the SIC leadership team for the overall direction and support of a processed focused manufacturing center. The position will provide direct leadership and direction for the entire site. Through strategic leadership of the VSMs and VSL's the Factory Manager will be accountable for the overall performance of the facility which consist of matrixed functional support team members and hourly labor force. The Factory Manager will be tasked to define clear operational delivery schedules, priorities, and goals for the facility; lead, collaborate with and influence functional support managers to allow for continuous manufacturing flow and help set and champion the strategy for the Make Center as well as the Dine' facility. The Factory Manager will have significant dealings with both internal Raytheon customers and external customers such as Defense Security Services, Corporate Internal Audit, DCMA Quality and Program Management from our supported programs. Other responsibilities include oversight of facilities maintenance, operational improvements, optimal production output, operational cost reductions, requirements compliance, strategy and safety, cost, budgets (Direct/Indirect), capital, proposals, security, employee development, hiring, etc. This area of responsibility also involves the marketing of the facility as a Raytheon Company asset beyond its factory capabilities. This function is responsible for but not limited to the following: Delivery Performance

Financial performance and reporting (S:T ratio, Cost Estimation Rates or CER)
Leadership of multiple Functional Support Teams

VSM and VSL Development
Operational improvements

Supplier Management
Leadership for CORE Implementation
Factory layout and capacity management
Establish and effectively communicate yearly vision and outline steps to achieve goals

Creating and foster a robust team environment Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience
Demonstrated successful experience running a Manufacturing System
Experience managing an operating budget
Labor Management experience
Experience with managing factory metrics
Shop Floor Management experience
Experience with Quality Systems and their Application
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer: Ability to identify, reduce and eliminate cost, quality and schedule constraints through technical engagements
Understand and utilize factory and program performance data
Ability to work or lead in groups and cross functional teams
Experience interpreting and improving technical drawings
Experience with technical writing
Experience with MRP systems, including SAP
Experience with DOD financial reporting systems including EAC and EVMS processes
Experience teaching, training and/or mentoring manufacturing systems to junior engineers
Experience communicating technical information to different audiences

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
