VTC Technician Kirtland AFB. Albuquerque, NM In support of the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) contract, you will be a part of our team's efforts to empower the Department of Defense's navigation warfare (NAVWAR) mission ensuring positioning, navigation, and timing superiority. Our mission is to provide combatant commanders and joint force commanders with subject matter expertise on planning and conducting NAVWAR by providing knowledge of friendly and enemy NAVWAR Order of Battle and PNT-related successes and threats. More About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Technician to provide critical support for the JNWC. The selected candidate will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of VTC systems within a secure environment, ensuring reliable and secure communication channels for mission-critical operations. This role requires advanced technical expertise, strict adherence to security protocols, and the ability to operate in a high-pressure environment. Responsibilities: The VTC Technician will provide support for day-to-day operations at the JNWC Scheduling of classified and unclassified Internet Protocol (IP) video teleconferences for CONUS and OCONUS meeting Ensuring and troubleshooting interoperability of VTC bridges and endpoints Create and maintain SOP's for utilization of conference center equipment Identify and execute process improvements to improve operational efficiency Inventory management of end user devices Create and manage user accounts Support other associated activities, tasks, and projects in a very diverse and fast-paced test, operations-focused environment. Required experience: BA/BS in Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering, Information Technology, Communication or Other Related Field 5 Years' Relevant Experience Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as thorough knowledge of VTC hardware, software, and network connections. Prior Experience Working with Classified/Secured VTC Systems Prior experience with debugging the interoperation of VTC bridges and endpoints Prior experience Installing, configuring, and maintaining VTC endpoints Understanding of DOD Security Regulations, Polices, and Procedures Active Top Secret - SCI Preferred experience: Security+ certification or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification About Aegis Aerospace: We are a woman-owned space and technology company headquartered in Houston, TX.
