Job description

Volt is immediately hiring for Quality Technician in EL PASO, Texas 79912
As a Quality Technician, you will

• Work with Application Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineers supervisors, and hourly line associates to effectively create Detailed Works Instructions for New Commers as well as Job Break Down Sheets for Hourly People.
• Support launch projects, by determining time estimates by conducting video analysis.

Work Experience:

• Engage and get familiar with process designs considering safety, quality, ergonomic plus
• Manufacturing inputs and work on developing instructions when running new product Introductions.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to implement solutions and support continuous improvement under the company Production System principles.

What qualifications will make you successful

• Experience working in Safety, quality & manufacturing engineering environment.
• Excellent skills in communication both verbal and written, and attention to detail.
• Significant knowledge and experience within business software related to Manufacturing such as Microsoft Excel, Word, SAP etc.,
• Experience in blueprints reading.
• Experience on a Fast Speed environment.
• Strong desire to work with people, on the manufacturing floor and with related areas like Safety, Quality & Manufacturing.

Education:

• HS Diploma required,
• Bachelor's degree a plus

Duration: 12 Month
Location: EL PASO, Texas 79912
Pay: $23/hr. $27/hr.
Shift: 1st Shift

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
