Job Title: Composite Technician
Job Type: Full time; Contract (9 months)
Location: Truth or Consequences, New Mexico 87901; shuttle from Las Cruces
Schedule: Must be flexible - 1st or 2nd
Pay Rate: $40-$45

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Composite Technician, you'll be hands-on with advanced materials, working within highly technical environments to help create revolutionary aerospace components. You'll apply your expertise in wet layup composite techniques, match drilling, and other composite manufacturing methods to ensure precision and quality.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Wet Layup Composite Experience: Ability to work with precision in creating high-performance composite parts.

• Match Drilling Experience: Expertise in drilling composites to exact tolerances.

• Aerospace, Space, or Aviation Manufacturing Background: Minimum of 8 years in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.

Given the unique environment, this position requires the ability to board confined spaces within oval-shaped bays to perform critical work. You must meet specific size dimensions to safely access these areas and complete the necessary tasks aboard the project.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
