Under the direction of Grants Management leadership, the candidate will:

Engage in requirements gathering and fit/gap analysis, support conceptual and detailed design efforts, and facilitate business process conversion in support of transitioning the Grants Gateway into SFS

Test builds of the SFS Grants Management functionality

Ensure a smooth transition for all users (vendors and state agency) of the Grants Gateway into the SFS for Grants Management by developing user manuals/training materials, assisting agency users with conversion efforts, and assisting all users with the transition

IT Specialist

Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.

Expert 84+ Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

84 months experience in performing requirements gathering and business analysis, producing written documentation of requirements; system design and implementation.

60 months experience testing builds of a statewide enterprise IT project, including defect reporting.

48 months experience as a government employee or public/private consultant with detailed involvement in the area of government grantmaking.

24 months experience testing and implementing a configuration of Agate IntelliGrants core.
