Responsibilities:

Complete thorough psycho/social assessment of residents and their family members

Coordinate and monitor available services to ensure optimum level of emotional, physical, and psychological well-being and independence

Provides training on social service needs for residents and their families

Provides direct casework to residents and families

Supervises social workers in the building

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $90,000 per year

Qualifications:
Qualifications:

2 years supervisory experience

Experience working with the geriatric population

Certified Social Worker in NY State (CSW)

Education:

Masters in social work from an accredited program
