This position is on-site, located at our Chappaqua, NY office.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Organizational Impact:

As an Accounting Analyst you are responsible for ensuring invoices are submitted, expenses are tracked, and month-end responsibilities are completed on time. This position reports to Digitech's Director of Finance.

Job Duties:

Manage vendor invoices, obtain management team approvals, and send to Sarnova AP with proper GL Account coding

Create monthly client invoices and distribute to clients

Bank reconciliations for month-end close-Create

Create Accounts Payable accrual journal entries for month-end close

Assist with tracking vendor expenses compared to budget

Skills:

Microsoft Office suite, advanced MS Excel user

General accounting knowledge

Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients

Capable of handling large volume of emails and correspondence

Highly organized

Ability to work independently

Experience working with accounting software (Great Plains a plus)

Requirements:

HS Diploma required

3+ years of work experience in similar roles preferred
