Job Description

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the general ledger, coordinating with a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner, supporting tax and accounting audits, with support to local and international teams to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting. Core responsibilities include:

Oversee the general ledger and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with company policies and procedures

Coordinates with the BPO partner to ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial transactions

Support tax and accounting audits by providing necessary documentation, reconciliations, and explanations of financial data

Coordinate with local and international teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting across different regions

Review and analyze financial statements and reports to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement

Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance

Collaborate closely with the Treasury department to manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk management

Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support as needed

Support internal controls and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial data and compliance with regulatory requirements

Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

Stay current with accounting standards and regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
