Project Coordinator

Known for delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction to elite clientele. They're looking for a dedicated Project Manager to support the owner and help streamline operations.

Location: Farmingdale, NY

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Position: Permanent Full Time

Benefits: Medical coverage for employees only

Salary: $45,000 - $70,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate Moves: Schedule and oversee all aspects of moving logistics for high-net-worth clients, ensuring timely and efficient operations.

Manage Paperwork: Handle all necessary documentation, including contracts, permits, and customer communications.

Oversee Operations: Supervise moving trucks and personnel, ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.

Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the moving process.

Invoice Processing: Prepare and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

Attention to Detail: Maintain meticulous records and ensure all details of each move are accounted for and executed flawlessly.

Follow Through: Ensure all tasks are completed and follow up with client's post-move to confirm satisfaction and address any remaining issues.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in project coordination or logistics management, preferably in a related field.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management software is a plus.
