Job description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Acquisition Support/Financial Manager to support a long-term, fully funded, 5-contract, supporting SOUTHCOM program combating narco-terrorism worldwide. This role is fully on-site, 5 days a week, located in Doral, FL, and requires travel once a month to Panama.

Responsibilities for the Acquisition Support/Financial Manager include:

  • Provide contract and acquisition support for USSOUTHCOM's counter-narcotics and counter-threat operations, including development, deployment, and management of CN/C-TCO solutions
  • Offer financial support by reviewing, tracking, and reporting on funding, performing audits, and preparing financial summaries
  • Assist in developing and executing acquisition strategies for CN/C-TCO programs, coordinating with Interagency and DoD partners to meet operational requirements within budget constraints
  • Shape contract documents, such as Scopes of Work and Brand Name Justifications, to ensure long-term maintenance and sustainment of CN/C-TCO capabilities
  • Qualifications of the Acquisition Support/Financial Manager include:

  • Bachelor's Degree required (or 12+ years of experience and an Associates Degree)
  • 5 years of experience in database design, development, and analysis, DoD joint/combined operations experience
  • Understands Inter-Agency coordination, Geographic Command processes, and bilateral cooperation agreements
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a hard requirement
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance (Top-Secret with SCI eligibility will be considered)
  • Compensation for the Acquisition Support/Financial Manager includes:

  • Salary: $115K - $130K based on experience
  • Long-term, 5-year contract
