Join a reputable and well-established general contractor as a Project Manager, overseeing new construction projects with a focus on public storage facilities. This role involves managing site projects, from breaking ground to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Description

  • Manage and oversee site projects, including public storage facilities in Queens and Yonkers.
  • Coordinate with the Principal/Owner and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Handle all project-related documentation and communication using Procore.

Profile

You have extensive experience in managing site projects, particularly in new construction. Your ability to handle foundation and steel work projects, combined with strong communication skills and tech-savviness, will make you an ideal fit.
