Full-Charge Bookkeeper (Public Accounting Wanted!)

Your Role:

Maintain and update monthly, quarterly, and annual financial activities using QuickBooks.

Record and manage deposits, checks, expenses, and credit card transactions.

Reconcile bank and credit card accounts with precision.

Perform general ledger reviews and produce accurate financial statements.

Assist clients with seamless weekly payroll processing.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting and payment of payroll taxes, including quarterly and annual filings.

Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & use tax returns.

Deliver comprehensive write-up services using various accounting software, including QuickBooks.

Prepare and submit annual Form 1099s.

What You'll Bring:

Strong planning and workload management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Must-Have Qualifications:

5+ years of public accounting bookkeeping experience.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Solid knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
