Ten Broeck Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for evening (3p-11p), overnight (11p-7a), and weekend shifts. We are also offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus for the Full-Time Evening, Overnight, or Double Weekend Evening Overnight shifts, a $5,000 sign-on bonus for all other full-time shifts, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus for part-time.

Pay Rate: $28.00-$32.00/hour

Some of your Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities include:
Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents

Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians

Medication administration

Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies

Collaborating with resident's interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes

Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents' condition to proper personnel per center policy
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS:
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State

CPR Certification required

Two Years prior nursing experience preferred
