Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer to join our Plant Operations team. In this hands-on role, you'll take charge of maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing our production equipment to ensure it operates efficiently and reliably. You'll work on preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to make a direct impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and provide quick solutions to minimize production disruptions.
  • Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades, modifications, and process improvements to boost efficiency and safety.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (HACCP, GMP, OSHA).
  • Lead and mentor maintenance staff, providing hands-on support and training when needed.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems, including PLC controllers, welding, and fabrication.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
