Job description

Position: Accounts Receivables (A/R) Accountant

Duties :

The Accounts Receivables (A/R) Accountant will be responsible for issuing credit memos through validation of chargebacks. S/he will process and manage customer's A/R payments, aging and payment schedule. S/he will contact and interact with customers and sales directors to get the necessary information to process chargebacks. S/he will make journal entries for month end closings and run and analyze performance and COGs reports.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business is preferred but not required

- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word

- At least 1-2 years of A/R experience is preferred but not required

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
