Turner & Townsend are seeking a seasoned Assistant Facilities Manager to work with one of our key technology clients in New York City. The Assistant Facilities Manager will ensure that our portfolio of stores consistently represents our brand through the most efficient use of resources with an emphasis on safety and security. Exhibit great teamwork with a specific focus on the "peer relationships" and "organizational agility" competencies. Foster innovation with a specific focus on the "creativity" and "action oriented" competencies.

Assist and guide store teams to ensure that a successful daily walk through of all stores in your market is performed and all new issues are tracked and documented in the Preservation Work Order Management tracking system.

Responsibilities:

Support FM markets when FMs are out of office

Support client team with ServiceChannel administration and asset PO creation

Routinely run ServiceChannel reports to ensure SLA and schedule date compliance. Add WO notes and adjust priority or schedule dates accordingly

Assist in scheduling routine services for client division to optimize schedule efficiency for shared providers

Organize service provider business reviews for high volume AMRE providers utilizing providers scorecards and SC data.

Actively manage retail facilities responsibilities for stores

Review of all proposals, and change order requests from the service providers, contractors, suppliers, etc.

Lead facilities support employees and contractors to deliver operations services in a timely and cost-effective manner and will coordinate response to emergency situations that may impact operations

Perform routinely scheduled, structured site visits to each of the assigned store locations to identify and document all stores experience issues in close communication and partnership with store, market, and global retail support leadership.

Proactively engage and support Retail stores in the region at all times, be in service to the store needs, and visit the stores for comprehensive service reviews a minimum of once a month and for oversight of all major work.
