Job description

Position Summary:
Working with the VP Records & Information Management and TPRM, this individual will play an integral role in ensuring the security and compliance of Vista's relationships with suppliers and other third-party engagements. Incumbent will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive third-party risk management program, ensuring potential risks associated with suppliers are identified, assessed, and mitigated effectively. The ideal candidate will implement policies, procedures, and controls to manage and monitor third-party risks effectively.

This role is based in New York, NY and is available for an immediate start.

Responsibilities:
Provide oversight/governance of the managed service provider engaged to support the vendor due diligence assessment process

Develop, manages, and implements administrative requirements for the program, including documentation of program standards, training materials and other key artifacts to help keep stakeholders informed on program activity

Work with Control Group leads and Business Stakeholders addressing third party risk matters and educates accordingly on the program's standards and framework

Maintain a comprehensive and organized data repository for storing supplier onboarding and related documentation and easily accessible for reference or audits

Collaborate with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and other teams to address any issues or challenges that may arise during the Vendor Due Diligence process

Document due diligence tracking with real time status and escalate issues and concerns (e.g., oversight deficiencies, program concerns, and open risk items)

Stay updated on changes in regulations or standards that may impact supplier due diligence and compliance requirements

Regularly review and update procedure and workflow documentation to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Possess a broad knowledge of technical and business acumen and use that knowledge to effectively coordinate team members and external resources

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $175,000 - $250,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other components may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's and/or master's degree or equivalent work experience (7-10 years) in risk assessment and management, particularly within a regulated industry is required

Proficiency in using procurement and supplier management software/tools

Effectively manage cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders with demonstrated collaboration, problem solving, and conflict management skills

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills to interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders effectively

Detail-oriented and highly analytical, with a problem-solving mindset

Knowledge of relevant procurement and industry best practices

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
