Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst with our client in their New York, NY location
This is a 12 month + and possible right to hire position
This is a hybrid remote position that requires 3 days onsite.

Summary:

• Seeking a Business Systems Analyst
  

Responsibilities:

• Under general supervision, formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements
  
• With this knowledge, develops or modifies moderately complex information systems
  
• Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary
  
• Guides and advises less-experienced Business Systems Analysts
  
• Competent to work in some phases of systems analysis and considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
  
• Related business experience in the investment/securities industry
  

Requirements:

• Business Analysis
  
• Trading Applications
  
• Fixed Income product knowledge
  
• BA/BS in Business or related area
  
• Working knowledge of standard design methodologies and principles
  
• A strong business perspective and knowledge of the characteristics and analytics associated with complex fixed income instruments
  
• Knowledge of the processing and modeling associated with derivative instruments a plus
  
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
  
• Strong business and analytical skills, excellent communication skills
  
• Experience and track record of leading/managing successful large scale project implementations
  
• Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position

Pay rate range: $75.00 - $78.00 hourly
