Job description

The position of the Corporate Actions Specialist is responsible for the securities processing of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions.

The client is a highly reputable financial services firm and ranked as one of the largest banking institutions in the world.

Description

• Monitor and process corporate actions including dividends, stock splits, mergers, acquisitions, and other related events.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates to client accounts in accordance with corporate action events.
• Reconcile discrepancies between CA notices and internal records, and resolve any issues promptly.
• Communicate with clients and counterparties regarding corporate action events and ensure client instructions are executed accurately.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience in Corporate action processing, preferably within financial service industry
• In-depth understanding of corporate actions, securities processing and the custody business. Familiarity with DTC is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
