Description

Job Title: Director Of Operations

Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and client satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal staff and key team members to ensure successful event execution.

Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring all staff are equipped to perform efficiently.

Manage the facility preparation and oversee smooth setup processes for events.

Engage with clients with deep knowledge of the event space to foster informed and productive discussions.

Handle project documentation and budgets to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage client relationships and event logistics effectively.

Education, Skills & Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.

At least five years of experience in warehouse, delivery, or route management is essential.

Must be capable of lifting up to 70 lbs.

A professional appearance is expected at all times.

A valid driver's license is required.

Ability to apply mathematical skills for problem-solving is necessary.

Basic computer skills are beneficial, with training on rental software provided.

Clear English communication skills, both verbal and written, are required; additional language skills are a plus.

Must successfully pass a company-administered drug screening.

Consistent and reliable attendance is mandatory.

Full mobility and dexterity are necessary.

Ability to follow and complete written, verbal, or scheduled instructions is essential.

Must foster a positive and cooperative working environment with colleagues.

Patience and the ability to provide constructive feedback are important attributes.
