Job description

The HRIS and Benefits Analyst will be responsible for the administration of health care, 401(k), Health and Wellness programs, Time and Attendance, Paid time off benefits, leave of absence, STD, Life insurance, AD&D, employee perks, and employee discount programs.

Our client is an American non-profit autism awareness organization and the largest autism research organization in the United States.

Description

  • Lead HRIS system administrator for all aspects of ADP HR, Time and Attendance, Benefits, ACA and HRIS reporting.
  • Responsible for delivering and receiving new hire onboarding and payroll paperwork to process employee in company HRIS /ADP.
  • Ensures day-to-day HR employee inquiries are responded to with care and accuracy.
  • Ensures adequate recordkeeping of HR-related details occurs i.e., processes employee personal data changes, department changes, name changes, title changes, etc.
  • Liaison with payroll to ensure all employee changes are processed in payroll.
  • Responsible for analyzing benefit file feeds and monthly benefit reconciliation.
  • Manage all benefit enrollments: medical, dental, vision, FSA, cobra, 401(k) loans, and file feed issues with vendors.
  • Support benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, open enrollment, FMLA and COBRA processes, and communicating benefits information to employees.
  • Ensure the employee has properly communicated benefit offerings (new or old) all year round and during open enrollment.

Profile

  • 2-5 years of HRIS and Benefit related experience.
  • Consistently displays a positive manner and thrives to provide high customer service experience to business.
  • Excellent administrative skills including organizational, follow-up, and attention to details.
  • Experience working with benefit vendors, benefit invoice reconciliation and solving employee benefit inquiries.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters/situations.
  • Seeks opportunity to help rather than waiting to be asked.
  • Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and respond to changing situations in a flexible manner to meet current needs
  • Computer proficiency; prefer Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), email, internet research
