Title: Integrated Project Supervisor

Integrated Project Supervisor

Integrated Project Supervisors oversee and manage multiple brands across multiple clients. They are expected to have a deep knowledge of brands from a holistic perspective and understand how projects ladder up to the ecosystem and strategy. They are managers not only of these brands but primarily of the Integrated Project Management (IPM) team(s) that report into them, supervising Senior IPM and below employees, and are responsible for mentoring and supporting them along their career path. Project Supervisors coach their team(s) on successful planning and completion of client work and oversee budget management at a high level. They work closely with senior-level department leads on their teams and at the agency as the point of escalation from a IPM perspective, mitigate and seek to avoid conflict, and help to plan larger workstreams by guiding Senior IPMs. Project Supervisors are responsible for keeping a pulse on workload as it relates to their team from a staffing perspective and the agency from a forecasting and financial perspective.

Responsibilities

Brand Direction

Ability to maintain multiple brands and teams

Responsible for the quality and consistency of work across assigned brands

Build and maintain positive relationships with the clients and colleagues

Able to manage and work independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects/brands

Skilled at influencing and persuading both internal and external clients

Understand client's business and plan projects and processes accordingly

Ensure that the team knows and follows established procedures, including agency process, client technical requirements, and client procedures

Mastery of digital best practices and processes, leading the charge as it relates to digitally focused execution and workflow

Monitor and inform forecasting and staffing needs for assigned brands; manage and delegate to freelance and/or junior team members

Strong financial acumen; lead yearly SOW creation with Account; ability to have financial discussions with clients

Ensure financial health and profitability across brands/clients

Monitor weekly financial tracking and monthly financial reconciliation for all assigned brands at a high level

Knowledgeable about multiple platforms, industry trends, and agency-wide initiatives

Partner with other departments to shape process and communicate changes and recommend forward-thinking competitive offerings

Proactively anticipate and address client and departmental needs

Actively pursue technical knowledge, including emerging technologies and industry trends and standards, thoughtfully leading internal teams and clients to leverage more efficient and savvy digital technology

Creating, contributing to, and delivering POVs, contact reports, presentation decks for both internal and external audiences

Help support the pitch and new business process from an IPM and financial perspective as needed

Team Portfolio and Department Management

Managing direct reports within the IPM group (Senior IPM and below)

Lead by example and provide guidance and support to junior staff

Lead training and developing new hires in the department

Lead and maintain department-wide initiatives in support of Associate Director of IPM, Director of IPM and Director of Operations team leads

Demonstrate ability to negotiate conflict, manage differences of opinion, and communicate with team members effectively

Responsible for mentoring, leading, and motivating junior/senior staff and ensuring information exchange is occurring within the project management group

Partner with other department heads and lead agency-wide trainings, process optimizations, and new business initiatives

Qualifications

Self-motivated and self-starter

Proven record of being a strong leader both internally and externally with all levels of staff

Extensive managerial experience with management of direct reports

Strong financial acumen

Strong digital experience and acumen

Be a creative, innovative, and enthusiastic problem solver

Able to prioritize and to delegate work appropriately

Ability to oversee multiple brands, clients, and teams

Ability to provide mentorship to other members of department and team in addition to direct reports

Effective and professional communication, with both internal and external team members

Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated mastery of pharmaceutical advertising tactical initiatives

Team oriented

Proven record of senior-level IPM experience in the healthcare agency industry

Managerial experience required.

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.

$115,000 - $150,500
