Overview:
Foot Locker is looking for a self-motivated, highly organized, strategic and solution-oriented project manager to join a new and growing team within North America marketing.

In this role, the project manager will manage seasonal marketing initiatives across all omni channel touchpoints - digital, social, paid media, activation and instore for Foot Locker Inc brands. As PM you will act as the main liaison across cross-functional teams internally and will also partner with external partners/agencies in the development and execution of marketing programs. You will be responsible for leading and managing efficient workflows and processes to ensure all campaign programs are developed, executed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will be able to juggle and prioritize multiple deliverables, have strong strategic planning and communication skills, be collaborative and have the leadership ability to drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities:
Develop & drive cadence for Foot Locker North America Inc campaigns and programs. Establish milestones, create timelines and monitor adherence to overarching brand calendar schedules to identify potential roadblocks and obtain solutions to move projects forward.

Review and process campaign and program requests. Strategizing and implementing approach and serving as checks and balances to ensure briefs meet requirements (e.g. clear business objectives and creative ask/takeaway, budget, list of all required creative support, ).

Lead report outs in weekly meetings with marketing leadership and manage communication with program partners to ensure alignment on strategic objective, timing, creative content deliverables, feedback and approvals throughout project life cycle.

Troubleshoot and strategically prioritize projects and steps within the cadence to pivot when issues or changes arise (changing priorities, added initiatives, late samples).

Proactively communicate to leadership potential challenges or obstacles. Provide solutions that minimize negative impact (ie resourcing, timelines) for stakeholders to make informed decisions.

Schedule and attend project kickoff and check in meetings as required for each campaign or initiative.

Partner closely with the Marketing and Creative/Production team on production needs for campaign shoots to ensure timely delivery of all required elements/inputs.

Think strategically about the evolution of our workflows, processes and project life cycles to streamline work to bring new and innovative ideas to increase efficiency for continuous improvement within the marketing team.

Qualifications:
4-6 years of work experience in account and/or client services within creative agencies - Required

Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented

Ability to lead teams, work autonomously and manage up to leaders

Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize deadlines for yourself and others.

Ability to maintain professionalism and humility when faced with challenges

Strong Presentation Skills and command of room

Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate across multiple teams

Self-starter and self-motivator who thrives in owning projects and process

Proven creative problem solver who can navigate through ambiguity

Strong understanding of the creative development and production process

A foundational understanding of marketing principles

Experience utilizing project management tools & software (e.g. airtable, asana)

Passion for sneakers/fashion/sports

Benefits:
The annual base salary range is $85000 - $(phone number removed) / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
