The firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its finance group. This position is open to our New York office.

Bar Admission

Licensed to practice in New York

Experience

Minimum 4 years of leverage finance experience.

Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Pay Transparency

In accordance with New York Pay Transparency Laws, the pay range for this position, if hired to work in New York is $310,000 - $390,000 per year. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate's geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications.
