Overview:
As a Project Lead Coordinator, you will serve as the internal lead for small internal and external professional services engagements. In this key role, you will manage communications and expectations with the customer and help set, manage and achieve budget goals for all projects you lead.

YOUR IMPACT
The essential functions of this position include:
Run small professional services projects from initial Statement of Work (SOW) to completion
Work with Service Directors to define resource requirements and schedule logistics for project implementation
Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones
Coordinate project engineering team resources
Efficiently identify and solve project issues
Keep management informed of any issues related to projects
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of each project and scope
Review deliverables prepared by team prior to passing them to the client
Effectively apply ePlus methodology and enforce project standards
Minimize exposure and risk on each project
Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis
Manage project budget
Assure legal documents are completed and signed, per project scope and requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
4-year college degree preferred
2-5 years of experience in an operations and/or project management role in an IT environment
Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating and/supporting IT business processes
Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills
Professional, business demeanor
Knowledge of ePlus methodology
Desire to achieve PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
POSITION SPECIFICS
The base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $21.63 and $31.25 hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including commissions and discretionary bonuses, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and personal leave), dependent on the position offered. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
