About The Job
Our Marketing team has experienced rapid growth and increased complexity in recent years associated with supporting a dynamic and evolving business through brand, digital, communications, content, product, and foundation teams, and systems. To continue this trajectory and support a hybrid organizational structure distributed geographically and across divisions, we re searching for a highly qualified Program Manager to report into our Client Experience organization.
From day one, this person will have an immediate impact on our productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between departments and being the main interface with our marketing leaders within divisions.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a project management role, with special focus on marketing and communications, executive influence, and interdepartmental collaboration.
Role Objectives:
Oversee strategic site and Digital strategy initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of the CX and marketing leadership team
Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity

Plans, monitors, and manage projects from initiation through to completion.
Utilizes resources, and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes.
Manages projects to ensure it meets the business requirements, internal or external stakeholders are satisfied, and it meets the project plans obligations regarding specifications, quality, costs, and timeframes.
Position Responsibilities:
Plans and monitors projects to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
May lead a small number of developers/testers, business analysts or more junior project managers as required for larger projects.
Utilizes and manages resources and coordinates effectively with stakeholders and colleagues.
Ensures the project plan obligations are met regarding specifications, quality, costs, and timeframes.
Manages multi-faceted and complex projects across a matrix environment such as systems integration, systems architecture, new product development or custom systems development.
Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project is positioned strategically within organization.
Performs project/program management responsibilities across a number of strategic projects, aligning to RBU initiatives.
Required Experience:
10+ years Certifications: Formal Project Management certification.
Education required: Degree qualified in Business/Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

Project Management:

Additional:
Duration: 12-month contract opportunity
Location: Hybrid position located in Midtown Manhattan
Rate Range: $45-50/hr. W2 (based on experience)
